RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping with HiLands Foods. All products delivered are checked for defects. If your items do have a defect and if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1.0 ELIGIBILITY
1.1 To be eligible for a refund or replacement the goods must have a major problem. This is when an item:
- has a problem that would have stopped a person buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample and/or description
1.2 If the problem is not major, we will rectify the position or replace the goods within a reasonable time. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the product for a reasonable compensation for a drop in the value of goods.
2.0 RETURN
2.1 Please be mindful of the following:
- Please inform HiLands Foods within five (5) days from receipt of goods.
- The goods should be in its original packing.
- Goods must the ones delivered as per the invoice.
- We are not required to return the goods if you have changed your mind.
2.2 Once informed we will initiate a review and inspection of the goods. We will immediately inform you of a solution after inspection. If your return is approved, we will replace the goods or issue credits within five (5) days.
3.0 SHIPPING
1.1 Shipping costs are not refundable.
